Why Group and not 1-on-1??

I've been coached on a 1-on-1 basis and in a group program. I've coached others 1-on-1 and in a group program. In both cases, myself and my clients achieved BETTER RESULTS being part of a group of other like-minded individuals in a FASTER time period.

Why is this? You are 90% more likely to achieve your goals when you are a part of a supportive group where you all check-in and push each other. "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

You might be thinking, "Oh, but I'd feel embarrassed telling these strangers my goals. What if everyone is farther ahead than me? What if I won't fit in?"

If you didn't fit in to the culture of my coaching, YOU WOULDN'T BE READING THIS RIGHT NOW. You probably never would've even gotten to this website in the first place. YOU BELONG IN THE GROUP, and the amount of support you'll receive from not only me but from the other members as well will be plenty proof of that. And so what if you're "behind everyone else". Your journey is your journey and no one else's.
